Shipping and delivery
We deliver products from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We do not deliver on certain public holidays. We can only deliver an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in Portugal.
In order to receive the package, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include the option of scheduling or making an appointment, so the order may be delivered without prior contact from the carrier.
Once your order is confirmed and you pay by credit card or Paypal, your order will be shipped as per the leadtimes indicated on the website, if the product is in stock (weekends and public holidays are not considered working days). Please note, Some products will have longer individual delivery lead times as listed on the website.
We will try to deliver on time, as far as is commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always do this, but we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in one shipment. However, we may need to split the delivery of the order, for example if part of the order is delayed or not available. In the event that we split the order, the customer will be notified by e-mail of our intention to do so. The e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used for this purpose.
Shipping Rates are applied per order.
Standard shipping:
0 to 5kg: € 6,50
5,1 to 15kg: € 9,50
15,1 to 30kg: € 14,50
Furniture Delivery Only: € 40,00
Furniture Delivery and Installation: €150,00
